Research On The Deconstruction And Restructure Design Of Small Residential Space

With the continuous advancement of China's social development and the acceleration of urbanization,housing,as the basic condition for people's survival and development,is also closely related to People's Daily life.Based on the national regulations and land conditions,small residential buildings are the main type of urban residential buildings in China.However,small residential buildings are limited by the area,space and lack of flexibility,and it is difficult to meet people's multi-functional needs for living environment.How to solve the limitation of space,seek greater possibility in the small residential space,increase the flexibility of residential space is the main research topic of this paper.The concept of deconstruction and reorganization is applied to small residential space to seek more possibilities of small space,provide better design ideas for people's living environment,and improve people's quality of life.Starting from the design logic of space deconstruction and reorganization,this paper analyses the present situation of small residential space,explores the shortcomings of traditional space layout and the new demands of people for residential space,explores the deconstruction content and reorganization order of small residential space,and explores the functional factors,time factors,public and private factors and emptiness in people's daily life.From four aspects of inter-scale factors,this paper analyses the factors that affect the space of modern small-scale residential buildings,and then analyses several common ways of deconstruction and reorganization of modern small-scale residential buildings,and summarizes the changing forms of space form.Combining the characteristics of modern small-scale housing and the principle of space deconstruction and reorganization,the design application and summary are carried out.People-oriented,follow the track of People's Daily life,re-planning and integration of the space,improve the space utilization rate of small houses.Although the area of small-sized residence is finite,but because this kind "small" and the compactness that produces feels,can let a person feel the warmth of the family more instead and safe sense,have the feeling of the home more.
