Research On Pension Settlement Planning Design In The Perspective Of Suburban Ecological Leisure

As the aging of China’s residents has been aggravating,it is expected that the elderly aged over 60 will account for 17.8% of the total population by 2020.The construction of the pension-related policies and regulations industrial system needs to be improved,and the pension model needs to be updated and developed.The existing pension structure is difficult to adapt to the rapidly increasing old-age pension needs of the urban elderly,and the pension model is also being converted.In view of China’s special national conditions,many scholars are familiar with the advanced experience of foreign countries to carry out various explorations,pay attention to the urgent needs of the elderly and conduct theoretical research on the construction of domestic old-age buildings and facilities.This article explores the design research that focuses on the psychological and physiological needs which is aiming at the current situation of the research on the design of older buildings with different living conditions.The researchers first introduced the old-age care model and related building types,and compiled the current domestic theoretical and empirical research on the elderly community,including its generation background and development history.The next is trying to summarize some basic design principles and issues currently exposed by the elderly community.This article mainly elaborates on the elderly community in the suburbs from the three aspects of definition,characteristics and significance,clarifying the target of service and aiming at differentiation.Then presente the principles of site selection,precautions,and functional layout methods from the whole to the detailed parts and methods were proposed for the construction of landscapes,public spaces,and courtyards in residential areas.Finally,the design strategy of the single building was proposed,taking the old man as the center,including the style processing of the facade,the shape design of the interior space,the construction of the physical environment,the plane and the detail processing.In several aspects,the paper briefly describes the design ideas for the suburban community for the elderly,having conducted the practical research in the project design of Xinhua Homeland from the shaping of the outdoor public environment and the combined design of buildings to the detailed design of indoor units,and completes the integrated planning of residential area planning,construction groups,and individual units.The paper,on the one hand,puts forward design strategies for elderly communities,verifying theoretically the necessity of suburban ecological recreational pensions.On the other hand,starting from the specific design practice,it has achieved the perfection of the design theory of the old-age settlements to a certain extent,and providing a guidance for the follow-up construction.
