Research On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Rural Leisure Pension Community In Chengdu Plain

As the aging population is becoming more and more severe,and the urban old-age resources are limited,the huge gap in elderly care services has begun to stand out.Obviously,the countryside has a superior natural ecological environment compared with the city.Urban elderly are no longer confined to the traditional model of homebased care,and exploring their own life in their later years actively.In this context,rural leisure and elderly care,which is one of the emerging patterns of off-site elderly care,have gradually developed.Based on China's actual national conditions,home-based care for urban pension is and will be the mainstream model for a long time.The mode of rural leisure & elderly care community is only a useful supplement.This article focuses on the Chengdu Plain,where the problem of aging is serious and the rural resources are abundant.Through the non-structural interviews of the elderly,questionnaire surveies on rural leisure & elderly care,combined with the field research of relevant projects,the relevant theory and classic case analysis were comprehensively applied.The author tried to summarize the landscape planning and design strategy for the rural leisure & elderly care community in Chengdu Plain from the macro,meso,micro level,progressive.This article mainly includes the following five parts.The first part,which is the first chapter of this article,is the introduction.First,The author systematically expounded the background,purpose and significance of the research.Through the definition of research scope and related concepts,the author have clearly defined the research objects and research contents of this paper.On this basis,the author have summarized and summarized relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,then determined the research method and finally established the research framework of this paper.The second part,which is the second chapter of this paper,is a feasibility study for the development of rural leisure & old-age care for the Chengdu Plain.First,the author outlined the degree of aging of Chengdu's population and the distribution characteristics and constructioned status of the old-age institutions,and pointed out that the current number of old-age care institutions cannot meet the needs of the elderly in urban areas.Then the author proposed the need to develop various forms of old-age care,and rural leisure pensions became one of the possibilities.On this basis,the author further analyzed the value of rural pension in Chengdu Plain.By investigating the willingness to rural areas for leisure & old-age care of the urban elderly in Chengdu,the author finally concluded that the development of rural leisure and pension in Chengdu Plain is feasible.The third part,including the third,fourth and fifth chapters of this paper,is the research on the development status of rural leisure & old-age care community in Chengdu Plain.First,the author analyzed the overall distribution,development characteristics and development trends of the rural leisure & elderly care community in Chengdu Plain.Through horizontal comparison,the author summarized them into a farmhouse,a resort,a farm experience,and a compound community,then selected typical cases from each type for in-depth research and analysis.In order to improve the scientific and rigorous nature of research and analysis,the author attempted to combine qualitative description with quantitative analysis,and used the analytic hierarchy process to construct a landscape comprehensive evaluation model.On this basis,the author used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study and evaluate the research cases.The fourth part,which is the chapter VI,is the construction of the landscape planning and design strategy for the rural leisure & old-age care community in Chengdu Plain.In terms of planning principles,the author puts forward four principles,which are supplemented by the appropriate aging as the core,the rural natural resources as the foundation,the connectivity as the support,and the rural landscape display.The author elaborates on six parts: phase selection,function configuration,general layout,road walking system and landscape design.The fifth part,which is the seventh chapter,is the conclusion.Summarize the main results of this study,and put forward the research shortcomings and follow-up prospects.The author summarized the main results of this study,and proposed the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
