Research On The Creation Strategy Of Rural Share Community For The Elderly

China puts more efforts in 2017 concerning beautiful countryside construction and the aging process.The construction of the beautiful countryside is an important way to arouse the nostalgia and heritage of farming pastoral civilization,it goes Across many disciplines.On the other hand,traditional pension model is difficult to adapt to the growing demand for the elderly in urban and rural areas.And this paper reveals how to make use of the resources of countryside to create a shared community to meet the needs of urban and rural elders.Most of the previous studies separated city or rural old-age pension,and focused on disability barrier free design for the elderly.However those researches concerned less for the elderly who are health,and just retired in the city or still has the capacity to farming,let alone these two types of healthy elderly pension sharing with each others.In this paper,we can enrich the related research.Through the method of design and research,this paper expounds the sharing strategy,the space design and the main points of the reform of the old people in cities of Shanxi province and the old people in the village in a village of Xianyang city.This study mainly from the following three aspects of the countryside shared pension community building methods:1)Put forward the basic idea of countryside shared pension community to adapt to the specific needs of rural location,industry and urban and rural elderly.2)Puts forward the mode of spatial sharing to meet the needs of the elderly in the urban and countryside of the two categories.3)Put forward the concrete project in architectural design and technical design with the solution adapting to local conditions.This paper provides new possibilities for China beautiful rural construction and the cause of aging and effective reference for the regeneration of the countryside of the Guanzhong area.
