Research On Planning Of Residential District With Community Elderly Service Under Informalization

China has entered the aging society. the national aging rate in 2014 has reached 15.5 percent.the pension issue has become a social issue of common concern from the country, society, families and the elderly.The State has put forward to build a pension system that is based on the family pension, depent on the community endowment and supplied by institutional pension. Community endowment has been increasingly rec ognized and affirmed. Meanwhile, the current era is the era of information technology.The Internet, especially the rise of mobile Internet, has changed the way people live. Information industry has also conducted a number of explorations to solve the pensi on problem, which provides a number of ways to sol ve this problem.Thus,the paper focuses on how to configure pension service facilities their building control targets in residen tial quarters through adopting community endowment model to provide pension service for the elderly.In this paper,the writer starts from the development of community care, and sums up the need of pension services for the elderly in the living quarters through the status quo analysis of the development of the community care, an overv iew of pension information technology development and application and the research on needs of the elderly for pension service and their behavior.The writer determines the configuration of the pension facilities, building control standards and configuration in residential quarters, according to the needs of the elderly.The thesis is divided into six sections:The first part is the introduction. It describes the background and meaning, content and methods, innovations and framework of the thesis.The second part describes the theoretical study of issues related to the elderly, and defines several concepts used in the article.The third part is the research on the status quo of the development of community care and pension information technology. And this par t also sorts out and analyses the questionnaire survey of the elderly in the South River Road Community in Mianyang.The fourth part determines the pension services from the living quarters and the facility that should be built in accordance with the number of elderly people and the elderly population segments, after defining the size of the living quarters and the elderly population. Referring to existing national standards, in this part, the writer also determines the building control standards and configuration in residential quarters according to the changes in the new situation.The fifth part builds an ideal model through a simple case planning.The sixth part is summary. It elaborates the conclusions.
