Research On Improvement Of Quality Management Systemof Longjiang Electric Power Design Institute

Quality is an important factor that determines whether an enterprise can enhance its core competitiveness,improve its market share and continue its business development,Therefore,as a management system that commands and controls the organization in terms of quality,whether the quality management system can play a role in the enterprise management process is particularly critical.In many power design enterprises in China,the implementation effect of the quality management system is not significant.There are long term weak links and some inappropriate measures in the implementation process of the quality management system,resulting in the failure of the quality management system to play a good role,and the product quality of the enterprise has lost an important guarantee.In this paper,we study aim is longjiang electric power design institute of quality management system through the analysis of existing problems in the implementation,determine its cause,and puts forward improvement project of a more perfect quality management system and the corresponding effective measures of improvement system implementation process,the quality of the products provide a good guarantee for the enterprise,so as to improve enterprise efficiency and brand influence.This paper uses bibliographical index,theory and practice,questionnaire and other methods,Together with the present situation of longjiang electric power design institute of quality management to conduct a comprehensive systematic analysis,induction and summary,it is concluded that cause longjiang electric power design institute of the main reasons for the ineffective quality management work is that quality management standardization,process control,to evaluate mechanism,the enterprise quality culture,training system,as well as a lot of unreasonable methods and measures,which reduces the quality management system.Aiming at the above problems,this paper combines the classical theory of quality management system,the measures to improve the quality management system of longjiang electric power design institute were deeply explored,establishing an incentive system that promotes system implementation,improving the management review mechanism,improving thequality control of design workflow,promoting design quality standardization,and from the enterprise quality culture,organization and training aspects of the quality management system to improve the implementation of safeguards,improving management's quality management concept and building a "learning organization".Focusing on the quality management and communication mechanism of the enterprise,improving the setting of quality management training plan,improving training requirements from three levels of organization,mission and personnel to achieve adaptive quality management objectives.Through the research of this paper,the classical theory and method of quality management system are combined with longjiang electric power design institute,making the quality management of the enterprise improving and developing.There are rules to be followed in the practice of quality management and other companies also can learn from it.
