application of financial shared management mode in the core departments of enterprises,it affects the overall management of enterprises.Centralized financial management enhances the ability of management and control and strategic execution.Shared financial services improve the efficiency of financial and peripheral business,and reduce the operating costs.The application of financial shared management improves the service quality of financial department,improves the image of employer in employee’s mind,and improves the support ability of financial department to enterprise’s strategic decision-making.Therefore,the financial shared management model has been recognized by most enterprises as an important means to increase the core competitiveness of enterprises.Because the financial shared management involves the integration of all aspects of financial management information,it also affects and promotes the reengineering of the whole enterprise business process,it will be difficult to achieve without the support of information management system.Therefore,in the process of the implementation of financial shared management model,the planning and construction of the corresponding information management system is indispensable.With the rapid growth of the domestic real estate industry for 17 years,Z Group has become a top-ranking large-scale comprehensive architectural design services enterprise in China.With the maturity of the real estate industry and the increasingly fierce market competition,Z Group is positioned to be the first brand in the architectural design industry,which will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the management upgrading of the company,especially the upgrading of the financial management model as the core party of the enterprise’s management.Against this background,the construction of Z Group’s Financial Sharing Service Center and Financial Shared Management Information System(FSMIS)has become an important strategic step for the next development of Z Group.Firstly,this thesis makes an in-depth analysis of the related concepts of Financial Shared Management.On the premise of having a deep understanding of the related concepts,this thesis takes Z Group’s financial management as the research object and uses case study method to carry out its research findings.Through investigation,this thesis deeply analyses the current situation of financial management and information system construction of Z Group,carries out the necessity and feasibility certification of the FSMIS of Z Group,refers to the relevant research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in financial shared management,and combines the theory of financial shared management and the related theory of information system planning and implementation,and finally figures out the planning and implementation of the FSMIS of Z Group.The FSMIS of Z Group includes four subsystems: financial integration subsystem,budget management subsystem,fee control management subsystem and fund management subsystem.These subsystems will be constructed in three stages on one software platform.Each subsystem is planned separately,but they will be integrated seamlessly after the completion of the construction.In order to achieve the best integration effect of inter-business information system,during the construction of FSMIS,the system reconstruction and business process re-engineering of other business systems are also carried out,such as sales management system,procurement management system.In terms of implementation management of the information system project,this thesis arranges in detail the implementation strategy of the system,the stage and time division of the system,and designs the implementation management from five aspects: organization management,scope management,communication management,risk management and evaluation management.It also analyses the key success factors of the project.Through the analysis and discussion of the above problems,in order to provide guidance and reference for the construction of Z Group’s FSMIS.This thesis hopes to summarize the experience of system planning,design and implementation of the financial shared management information system and the construction of the financial shared services center through the research on the planning and implementation of the information system of Z Group’s financial shared management.It will provide valuable practical cases for other domestic related enterprise groups to promote the construction of the FSMIS and promote our enterprises’ financial management mode innovation,and then enhance the level of enterprise management.However,the construction of Financial Shared Service Model and its information system is not easy.Although this thesis has tried hard to study and plan the factors involved in all aspects,it still cannot avoid all kinds of problems faced in the real construction of the system.In the process of construction,enterprises should actively explore the construction path suitable for their own situation,learn more from the experience and lessons of other enterprises,and truly achieve the desired results from the model. |
