With the rapid development of economy and global integration,competition in automotive parts industry become more and more fierce.One of most challenge is that project leadtime become shorter than previous situation.Based on H company global project management procedure,this thesis studied B car remote key project and use varied project timing management methods to compile and optimize project timing and achieve customer timing requirement finally.This thesis firstly studied traditional and modern project timing management methods,according to varied project difficulties,defined study frame based on H company project procedure and critical path of network technology.Compiled project original timing via WBS,defining activities,sequencing activities,estimating activities duration and developing schedule.Then optimized project timing via crashing and concurrent engineering.Afterwards,separated project into small volume production development and high volume production development phase by production capacity analysis.Further optimized small volume production development timing to meet customer SOP with small volume production status.Then used Cross Build method which is used in H company first time,optimized high volume production development timing and achieved project target.Though the study and practice of above method,this thesis verified that CPM is still has good application value for complicated project.As traditional timing compression method,crashing and concurrent engineering also is universal.According to project characteristic in terms of product,capacity and SOP,it’s first time in H company to propose and implement small and high volume production development separation and Cross Build to shorten project timing,and got a good result.This provided experience and reference for new product development timing management in H company. |
