Quality Management Of Model SD32 Rotary Drilling Rig R&D Project

Rotary drilling rig is a kind of equipment doing pouring pile into the hole in foundation work.Compared with other engineering equipment,the advantages of rotary drilling rig are: relatively low requirements on soil condition,soft soil to granite adaptability,highly centralized mechanical and electrical integration configuration,easy operation,greatly reduced labor demand compared with the classic drilling rig,big axial pressure and output torque,flexible equipment transition,high mobility,greatly improved hole quality and work efficiency compared with the classic drilling rig,good environmental protection performance.Rotary drilling rig can do foundation work instead of the classic drilling rig.Also,it represents the development trend of pile machinery.Based on the research and development project of JT model SD32 large rotary drilling rig,this thesis formulated an overall plan on the project,made WBS,and designed the project's schedule control and resource allocation.This thesis focused on the quality management planning,quality assurance and quality control during the design and development phase and the manufacturing phase in the project life cycle,and used such quality management tools as quality house,potential failure mode and effects analysis.The quality of the project was evaluated during the whole machine test phase.In the project quality management planning phase,this thesis analyzed the quality of similar products at home and abroad,made the quality objectives and quality management program in project establishment phase and R&D phase.In the project quality assurance phase,it made quality function deployment and potential failure mode and effects analysis,transformed customer requirements into product quality and technical characteristics,improved model SD32 rotary drilling rig electrical system quality characteristics and also launched the quality control of main structural parts and the whole delivery standard.Finally,SD32 project quality was evaluated based on product testing and analysis and the user's feedback.This thesis formed a set of suitable quality management system for large-scale rotary drilling rig R&D project.
