Under the background of new economy and service economy,the service attribute and network attribute of construction enterprises are becoming more and more obvious.More and more enterprises are also gradually transforming to service mode,and many enterprises have gradually realized the role of service innovation in promoting enterprise performance.Especially in the open market environment,the strategy of open service innovation will inevitably bring new opportunities to enterprises.The basic logic of service system is value creation,and service economy is customer-oriented.To maintain sustainable competitiveness and seek long-term development,enterprises need to establish a network of relationships,master various core capabilities to integrate and absorb internal and external resources,and create optimal customer value.In other words,enterprises should pay attention to the impact of value creation network on enterprise performance.The value creation network contains abundant resource elements,which need to be transformed into enterprise performance and depend on the implementation of open service innovation strategy.Then,how does the value creation network affect enterprise performance through open service innovation?Based on the analysis of value creation network theory and open service innovation theory,this paper establishes a conceptual model of the relationship between value creation network,open service innovation and enterprise performance,and proposes relevant hypotheses.Then the questionnaire design and survey were carried out,and 279 valid questionnaires collected from the top 500 construction enterprises in China were analyzed.Firstly,SPSS software was used for statistical analysis,and the proposed research hypothesis is tested by structural equation modeling and mediating effect analysis while satisfying the criteria.The empirical research shows that:(1)all dimensions of the value-creating network:customer value,core competence and relationship network have significant influence on enterprise performance.(2)open service innovation has a significant impact on enterprise performance.(3)open service innovation plays a part of mediating effect between customer value and enterprise performance,between core competence and enterprise performance,andbetween relationship network and enterprise performance.This research not only has certain theoretical significance,but also has certain practical value.First of all,this study helps to clarify the correlation among the value creation network,open service innovation and the performance of construction enterprises,as well as the intermediary role of open service innovation.It is also the enrichment and development of relevant theoretical research.Secondly,it provides guidance and reference for construction enterprises to make better use of open service innovation and value creation network to promote the improvement of enterprise performance in the actual development,and helps enterprises to make correct strategic decisions.
