With the increase in the number of exhibitions and the expansion of scale in China,China's large-scale exhibition buildings have gradually become an important part of the exhibition industry.At the same time,extra-large exhibition buildings have a major impact on urban traffic and space.Accessibility refers to the convenience of a location to another location,and also reflects the potential opportunities for interaction between a location and the target audience.Therefore,the accessibility study of large-scale exhibition buildings is particularly important.Because the evaluation and research of accessibility is relatively complex and involves many disciplines,this paper will only study the accessibility of exhibition buildings based on urban transportation network,relying on spatial syntax and geographic information technology(GIS)for both spatial structure and actual scale.The accessibility of the study began.This paper has a comprehensive concept definition of super large-scale exhibition buildings,and selected three representative large-scale exhibition buildings in China,Pazhou Complex of China Import and Export Fair,China International Exhibition Center and Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.This paper analyzes the accessibility of cases from two aspects: urban scale and block scale:1.In the urban scale: the study of spatial structure mainly analyzes the calculation results of the integration degree and selectivity of road traffic and rail transit around the case;the actual scale research uses the GIS network analysis tool to solve the surrounding road traffic and The time accessibility map of rail transit was used to analyze the accessibility of urban transportation hubs,business offices and commercial facilities.Through case comparison,it is concluded that China's large-scale exhibition buildings should have high integration and low-selection surrounding traffic environment,and conclude the connection between exhibition buildings and urban transportation hubs—compact,decentralized and composite;Three types of distance modes in the business district and the business district-internal,edge,and exterior.2.In the block scale: the study of the spatial structure mainly analyzes the calculation results of the integration degree and selectivity of the pedestrian and vehicle roads around the case base;the actual scale study is at the time of the pedestrian and the road.On the basis of the distribution map,the accessibility analysis of the distribution of public transportation facilities,business offices,commercial facilities and parking lots is carried out.Through the comparison of the cases,the layout and streamline design mode of the venues of the large-scale exhibitions are summarized,and the distribution of supporting facilities within the suitable traffic area around the exhibition is studied by superposition analysis.It is concluded that the more suitable facilities are available within the suitable traffic range.The higher the reach,the higher the efficiency of the exhibition industry economy linkage.Through the above analysis and combined with the practical cases that I participated in,this paper summarizes the strategy recommendations for the location selection and general graphic design of large-scale exhibition buildings in China based on accessibility research.
