This Our city planning exhibition hall building has attracted extensive attention at the field of architecture since the opening of Shanghai urban planning exhibition hall.In the past two decades, the boom of building urban planning exhibition halls has developed in China,it greatly promoted the development of this kind of architecture. However, the rationality of the internal space organization and the people's feeling during their visiting is neglected. In this case, this dissertation makes a valid space evaluation on the interior space of the urban planning exhibition hall, and puts forward the optimization Suggestions for improving the quality of this kind of architectural design. This dissertation is based on the classification of spatial organization in the interior space of urban planning exhibition, three representative internal spatial organizations series type, radial type, and channel type are chosen to evaluate their accessibility and recognizability from both quantitative and qualitative aspects and to analyze the deep spatial relationships and their characteristics with adopting the combination of space syntax and the questionnaire survey methods. The specific research results are as follows:With the space syntax method, some evaluation results are obtained:(1)The visual integration and visual intelligibility degree of the three internal spatial organizations from high to low is radial type, channel type, series type.(2)According to the Visual Clustering Coefficient analyzes, radiological organization brings the best optical line of sight of the building center, the surrounding space has the weakest effect on the occlusion, the space line sight of the wall close to the edge is the narrowest, space is blocked the most serious, and the privacy is the best.(3)The intersections of the hall are the space with the highest value of visual connectivity, visual control and visual integration, followed by the general rule model area. The results obtained through questionnaire survey are:(1)The subjective evaluation of the visitor from good to bad is radial type, channel type, series type.Among them, the interior space organization is very clear for radioactive, the occlusal relation between spaces is reasonable, and each function of the space is easy to be identified. It is not easy to find the local space of the channel type hall, and there is a cross streamline at the same time, and lack of features in space. The visiting stream line is too long to full view, visitors are not clear about their positioning in the series system.(2)The overall model area of the planning museum is the most impressive, followed by the experience interactive zone. The most impressive one in the node space is the intersection of the road.Comparing the two aspects of the evaluation results, summary is as following: Spatial combination form has a direct impact on the accessibility and accessibility of the architecture.Three types of spatial organization evaluation degrees from good to bad in order is radial type > channel type > series type. The core exhibition area and position and the quantity of the open space in a certain extent affect the spatial accessibility and consciousness. The closer the position is to the plane of the building, the more space it has to connect with it,the more it promotes the accessibility and accessibility of the space system.Streamline intersection and the position of the service space has certain regularity in different space combination form. The former is the best place for space efficiency such as accessibility and feasibility. The latter escalator and the external space connected with the toilet are accessible, easy to be found. The internal Visual Clustering Coefficient is high of the bathroom, the privacy of the space is good.
