Research On YT Company's Performance Evaluation Based On EVA

In the past,China mainly calculated relevant indicators based on the information of public financial statements,and evaluated the performance of enterprises.However,the traditional financial indicators ignored the influence of shareholders' investment capital,which made the company's profits overvalued,resulting in unrealistic performance evaluation results.Accurate and affect the future development of the company.Competition in domestic and international capital markets is becoming more and more fierce.Enterprises must find an evaluation system that can improve their performance to stabilize market share and ensure the sustainable development of the company.EVA just considers the equity capital of the enterprise,makes up for the lack of net profit of traditional performance evaluation,is conducive to better value management,and can overcome the short-term behavior of the operator in the business process.From the perspective of investors Start,bring higher profits to the company.Based on the background of the above performance evaluation development,this paper introduces case studies based on theoretical analysis and introduces specific business enterprises.EVA performance evaluation indicators have achieved good implementation results in many foreign countries,but they are still in their infancy in the application of Chinese enterprises.Therefore,this new performance evaluation method should be promoted.Combining the background of passenger car industry and the specific development of YT company,it is of great practical significance to construct a performance evaluation system under EVA.The basic part of this paper is mainly to introduce the basic theories and concepts of performance evaluation,and describe the basic principles of EVA.Then combined with the specific financial data of YT Company,the current situation of YT company performance evaluation system is analyzed to find out the problems existing in the current system evaluation status.Then,from the perspective of EVA,the shortcomings and shortcomings of the current performance evaluation system are improved,and the performance evaluation system of YT based on EVA is constructed,and the implementation effect of performance evaluation under EVA is expected.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of YT's EVA-based performance evaluation index system,relevant safeguard measures were proposed for YT's implementation of EVA.According to previous research results of many cases,compared with the traditional performanceevaluation indicators,the new performance evaluation method that introduces EVA can more accurately and effectively evaluate the company's business performance,find out the problems in operation as soon as possible,and implement corresponding The countermeasures promote the rapid development of the company.
