In recent years,with the rise of globalization and information technology,our country in medical reform proposed a series of reform measures,hope can promote the hospital logistics service socialization,a series of reform opinions promote medical consumables intensive management mode namely SPD management mode arises at the historic moment,S company started through the use of this new management mode in Ningxia business development.Since its establishment,the business scale of S company has expanded rapidly,and the performance appraisal index of its project department staff has been following the performance appraisal index system of the SPD project of Celis Corporation.However,with the increasing staff of the project department,the current performance appraisal index system of the project department has been completely not applicable to the current situation.Only the implementation of a reasonable and effective performance appraisal index system,can help to find and analyze the problems existing in the operation,and can timely improve these problems,so as to better promote the development of the company.Therefore,it is urgent to build a set of scientific and reasonable and applicable performance appraisal index system for the project department of S Company.First of all,this paper is based on the study,summarize the performance appraisal index system related theoretical basis,through the form of questionnaire to S company project department current performance appraisal index system of the research,according to the research results,analysis of the problems existing in the performance appraisal index system,and dig out the deep causes of these problems.Then,to analyze and solve the problem as the guidance,combined with the S company projects department strategic goals,using the balanced scorecard financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and growth dimension,build a set of suitable for S company project department performance appraisal index system,with the help of hierarchical analysis calculation and give corresponding weight to each index.Finally,the guarantee and support measures are put forward.When the company implements the performance appraisal index system and implements the guarantee and support of these systems,the performance appraisal index system can run smoothly,and finally achieve the strategic goal of the project department of S company.The purpose of this paper is to construct a feasible performance appraisal index system for the project department of S Company.On the one hand,the author hopes to accurately evaluate the work of S Company to ensure the fairness of the assessment,and promote the rapid development of project Department and S Company.
