Research On Combination Betweeen Industry And Finance Of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited

After the outbreak of the world economic crisis,the shipbuilding industry was in a state of sluggishness.The development of shipping companies has been restricted.As a leader in the domestic shipping industry,China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation has also seen a significant decline in its economic benefits.At the same time,CSSC is shouldering the development goals of the 13 th Five-Year Plan Industrial Transformation and the historical mission of the 19 th National Congress to "accelerate the construction of a maritime power." Under this circumstance,China Shipbuilding Industry Group needs a new development direction.According to the research,the combination of industry and finance has an important reference for industrial and commercial enterprises to complete industrial transformation,and large-scale enterprise groups at home and abroad have realized the expansion of capital and the expansion of economic business through the combination of industry and finance,thus achieving rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the combination of industry and finance of China Shipbuilding Industry Group.This paper starts with the research dynamics of industry and finance at home and abroad.The theory shows that the combination of industry and finance is an inevitable trend of high economic development,and it is also the key to making enterprises bigger and stronger.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper introduces the classic cases of integration of industry and finance at home and abroad.The examples illustrate the current development experience of industry and finance combined with advanced development experience,and provide reference for the case analysis of this paper.This paper takes the development status and problem analysis of China Shipbuilding Industry Group as the main line of the article.The data shows the implementation effect of the combination of industry and finance and the existing deficiencies.Through case analysis,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The combination of industry and finance brings positive effects to China Shipbuilding Industry Group.(2)The combination of industry and finance effectively alleviates the capital needs of CSSC,reduces transaction costs,forms coordination effects between units,and enhances corporate profits.(3)The main reason for the lack of integration of industry and finance of China Shipbuilding Industry Group is that its combination of industry and finance is relatively slow.Finally,based on the existing problems of the Group,this paper implements the development ideas and principles of the Group’s integration of industry and finance,and proposes a deepening path of integration of industry and finance for China Shipbuilding Industry Group,and draws on the development experience of domestic and foreign industry and finance,and proposes the development direction of integration of industry and finance.
