| With the gradual expansion of business scale of enterprise group,the phenomenon of repeated setting of business departments,redundant process and low efficiency emerge one after another.The more serious problem is the separation of business and finance,which restricts the overall development of the group.In particular,the construction enterprise group has a large organization and many branches,and the geographical location of business projects is scattered.The headquarters of the enterprise has a strong demand for business and financial management of its units.The establishment of Financial Sharing Center of the group company is the basic mode to realize the integration of industry and finance.Aiming at the construction and application of u group’s Financial Sharing Center,this paper introduces the practical process of the construction and application of the Financial Sharing Center of u group by using inductive analysis method and case analysis method.The integration of industry and finance is the fundamental motivation of u group’s financial transformation,and the construction of Financial Sharing Center is the basic mode to realize the financial transformation of the group.In order to confirm the sharing effect of financial center,the U group reconstructs the sharing process of financial center and reconstructs the sharing process of financial center.Through the operation of the Financial Sharing Center,the daily business processing of u group has been accelerated,the financial management strength has increased sharply,the efficiency of resource allocation has been improved,the financial risk control has become more mature,and the financial operation standards have been strengthened.The successful experience of the construction of u Group Financial Sharing Center is the sufficient preliminary investigation and demonstration,practical planning,comprehensive matching auxiliary measures,process reengineering and rights and responsibilities refinement based on the integration of industry and finance.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the Financial Sharing Center of u group,such as the information technology can not be satisfied synchronously,the communication caliber between industry and finance is not consistent,the process execution standards are difficult to obtain and the information collection is incomplete.It is proposed that u group should strengthen the software and hardware construction of the Financial Sharing Center,promote the deeper data fusion of the industry and finance department,and continuously optimize the business process.The research results provide reference for the further improvement of u Group Financial Sharing Center,and also provide reference for the construction of other similar group enterprises.There are 15 pictures,5 tables and 50 references. |
