The country calls on state-owned enterprises to actively adjust and reorganize themselves,shorten the management chain,deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and unleash the vitality of state-owned capital.While central enterprises,as a main existential form and major carrier of stated-owned economy,are not only the backbone of the national economy but also the bulk of stated-owned enterprises.To advance the reform of central enterprises and boost competitiveness,central enterprises must seek higher efficiency from management and transform to lean management.Moreover,the way and logic of dealing with financial and business problems under the traditional model are already unable to adapt to the growth needs of central enterprises.The rise of information technologies including big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things brings more opportunities as well as greater challenges to business and financial management.Therefore,to answer the call of the country and to meet the growth needs of enterprises,the integration of business and finance is imperative for central enterprises.Business and finance should be integrated two-way,involve the whole process of economic work,provide the decision-making of central enterprises with data and information support by timely translating business and financial language into related information,advance the operation of enterprises more effectively,and accelerate the realization of strategic goals,thus increasing the value of central enterprises and impelling central enterprises to move towards high-quality growth.Business-finance integration,as an effective model of financial transformation,is increasingly valued,adopted and deeply applied in China,especially by central enterprises,and offers support to the high-quality growth of central enterprises.This paper expounds on the basic concept,connotation,and the necessity of business-finance integration,as well as the problems existing in the implementation of enterprise management.Based on the case study of the application of business-finance integration in X company,an enterprise directly under the central government,this paper analyzes the implementation of business-finance integration in combination with enterprise process reengineering,resource allocation,and information construction,summarizes the problems in the implementation process of business-finance integration for the enterprise,and puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions,aiming to provide a reference for enterprises in the same industry and other industries to implement business-finance integration and realize the application practice of business-finance integration.
