Analysis On The Design Elements Of Country Houses

The problem of rural construction has always been a hot spot in all fields of research.In recent years,more relevant policies have been introduced.In October 2017,in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the "Village Revitalization Strategy" was first proposed.On February 4,2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee of 2018 was published,that is,"Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy." On March 5,2018,Premier Li Keqiang said in his government work report that he vigorously implemented the rural revitalization strategy.On the morning of March 8,Xi Jinping participated in the deliberation of the Shandong delegation.Xi Jinping gave an in-depth and comprehensive explanation of the rural revitalization strategy.,put forward "six pushes." The intensive policy clarifies the importance and necessity of the township construction problem at the national level.Rural tourism is an important part of rural construction.As a part of rural tourism,“village” has become a hot topic in recent years.In recent years,there have been distinctive residential groups represented by Moganshan,Xiamen Gulangyu and Dali Erhai.However,the theoretical research of China's B&B has started late,and most of the domestic B&B literature research is concentrated in developed provinces.In economically backward areas,the hotel's architectural theory research and design experience are lagging behind,and practitioners lack systematic reflection on the problem.The explosive growth of the number of homestays and the fieryness of the property industry have partly obscured the problems in the construction of the hotel.The article is based on this background.The article takes the scenic spot of Xingping Town,Yangshuo County,Guilin City,Guangxi Province as the research object.With the help of self-organization theory in thetheory of synergy and classification,it proposes to take the nature of the country house as the observation point,and to build the rural planning,building space evolution and architectural style.Design element models for the architecture of the homestay to explore the design elements that influence the quality of the B&B.Starting from these three aspects,the layer analysis of Xingping B&B is the main line of this article.The second chapter summarizes the relevant theoretical application scenarios of self-organization,and clarifies the three elements that affect the design quality of the country house.The third chapter analyzes the case design,the spatial evolution of the building,and the construction through the case analysis and the related theories of self-organization.The application of the style of construction in rural and domestic villages was analyzed.The fourth chapter summarizes the current situation of the scenic area of Xingping Town,the existing planning,and the distribution of the B&B.The traditional residential space and the residential space of the village are compared.The unique architectural appearance and cultural core of the rural dwellings are discussed.Based on the above considerations,the design related issues in the practice of Xingping Town Scenic Area B&B were extracted through field visits and questionnaires.According to the above research,the fifth chapter proposes the design quality improvement proposal based on the discussion framework of Xingping Town Scenic Area B&B,and seeks the idea of improving the design quality of the country house.It hopes to not only help the villagers to develop the local characteristics in the future development and also can meet the accommodation needs of passengers.
