| Aircraft Heavy Maintenance is type of project with constraints of both time and resources.As a result,schedule management becomes the main emphasis in practical work for aircraft maintenance.Successful schedule management will not only lower the cost for airlines,but to some extent increase the efficiency.By far,the schedule management of aircraft maintenance has some striking shortcomings.The first one is the lack of factor evaluation of Aircraft Heavy Maintenance schedule,so that we can not locate a targeted approach to optimize schedule management.The second one is the lack of effective tool or measures for aircraft maintenance schedule management.Through the analysis of the state of the art,pick out the main influences of Aircraft Heavy Maintenance.AHP is chosen to calculate the weight of the factors.Then a new method of Critical Chain was put forward to prevent delay of the schedule and effrectively shorten Aircraft Heavey Maintenance span through the fixing of critical chain and joining of buffer area.After all,by case of a B737 Aircraft Heavy Maintenance project,showing the validity of critical chain method.The last part of this thesis gives a summary to the front and point out directions for further research.The outcome of this thesis is of great reference value for schedule management optimization in the same field. |
