With the continuous development of global economic integration,the auto industry's rapid development momentum in recent years,domestic auto parts industry has also ushered in the golden period of development,and constantly demands on technology constantly updated at the same time,the quality of parts and components of the control for spare parts manufacturing enterprises and vehicle manufacturing enterprises,is of vital significance,thus for vehicle steering system performance testing,each big automobile laboratories are equipped with multi-function test platform,the platform of the condition monitoring has become the important condition to safeguard the quality of testing.In this paper,in order to solve comprehensive test platform for automotive steering system of on-line monitoring,multi-function parameters on-line real-time monitoring system is developed,aiming at each test parameters of the comprehensive test platform,we selected the American NI PXI series platform provided by the company,can be used for the detection,treatment and control of the equipment,and then through the graphical programming software LabView.Write the corresponding program will be a variety of standard sensor integrated on the same number of mining equipment,used to implement the testing platform more physical parameters at the same time,the purpose of online monitoring and provide maintenance calibration scheme.At the same time in order to solve the detection of platform high precision small torque sensor,we have also developed a high precision small range of torque testing device,the use of gas bearing and laser displacement measurement technology,improve the repeatability of measurement accuracy;Adopts the high speed data acquisition and processing,multiscale automatic loading,computer automatic precise control,such as technology,realize the automatic and intelligent device,improve the detection accuracy and on torque standard device developed at the same time in the domestic same industry leading position.The final test on the test platform by including assistant features,rotational torque test,stiffness characteristics test early function test,and then to fatigue property test of steering system,and then late for functional testing,to determine the anti-fatigue properties of steering system.
