The quality of construction projects is related to the safety of people's livelihood.Strengthening the supervision of construction projects is an important measure to ensure the safety of construction.As China gradually enters the urbanization and large-scale construction,because the supervision technical personnel and the supervision system are poor,some security incidents and dangerous situations are usually happened.In general,artificial on-site supervision and video surveillance monitoring are used for engineering supervision.But the former accords to the environment,personnel subjective,technical level and other factors.The latter cannot be quantified and timely monitoring.So a more effective,scientific means is needed to be carried out to realize quantitative,real-time monitoring for construction projects.Aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of construction project,a remote time-monitoring and monitoring control system is proposed in this paper which is based on high-precision PTZ with the support of a company's horizontal project.The quality supervision,avoiding human disturbance and environment-friendliness can be accurately quantified in modern construction projects.The main research and development work is as follows:1.According to the research objectives,a construction project supervision system with video recording and remote high precision measurement is proposed,and a high-precision PTZ for the system is designed which the structure of horizontal and vertical orthogonal rotary axes are used for.The three-dimensional model and two-dimensional engineering drawing of the PTZ are drawn on the basis of the design calculation of the system.The ANSYS is used to analyze the key components of PTZ,and the structure of the main parts of PTZ,which is validated and optimized by the analysis.2.The hardware system is designed and developed in this paper.Round grating on the shaft position(or angular displacement)for precision measurement is used in the high-precision PTC,and ADLINK PCI-8254 control card as data acquisition and motion controller is utilized to realize high-speed and high-precision data collection.A laser range finder,a camera device and an angle sensor arc used for position tracking detection.The laser range finder is used to perform the detection of the distance between the object and the detection end.The camera device is used to complete the video monitoring of the object and captures the position of the laser spot.The angle sensor is used to realize the angle of the real-time transmission.3.In the software,the combination of PLC and Kingview is utilized in the design of network-based video data transmission processing control platform to achieve remote control and monitoring functions.The construction site remotely and monitor construction projects can be monitored accurately by the clients to improve supervision,supervision and efficiency.Based on the above research,a prototype device is designed and developed.The functions of manual point control and automatic duty guard are realized in the system.By real test of the construction project the accuracy of the research method is verified.Remote real-time monitoring,precision detection and data recording of construction project site is realized too.It is full of practical significance of the research and application for improving the supervision level and efficiency of construction projects.
