Research On The Optimization Of TK Company Warehouse Management Process

The warehouse management of manufacturing industry is an important issue in supply chain management.The research background is the motivation of this paper is to find how to better warehouse management and pursue the lowest cost solution of inventory.The research of current status of enterprise inventory management in manufacturing,find the factors that affect the level of warehouse management,explore the way to improve inventory control,ultimately achieve optimization of logistics and reduce the unnecessary cost of logistics,to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for China’s manufacturing industry.This paper focuses on how to improve the operation process of the actual operation of the process,ultimately achieve the purpose of good inventory control.This thesis focused on TK company,discusses the enterprise storage point set,try to establish the model according to the actual storage situation of enterprises,then explore the procurement of enterprise storage.Firstly for selecting the warehouse location,using the analytic hierarchy process,understand the favorable or unfavorable geographic conditions,and on the basis of data analysis,to cut down virtual high setup costs.Secondly,we try to optimize the warehouse cost,combined with the actual situation of TK Company,collect the storage cost for each incoming data,questionnaire survey,then give several changes in it.
