Research On Space Activation Design Strategy Of Suburban Old Village Under The Mode Of Holding A Group

The problem of population aging in China is increasing year by year.Under the background of people's old-age concepts renewing day by day and the country's strategy of promoting rural revitalization,many new old-age pension practices based on the surrounding villages of big cities have emerged in the society,which provides direction and motivation for Rural Revitalization and activation of the old suburban village space.This paper selects the representative old-age model of the old-fashioned pension,hopes to analyze the characteristics of the old-age housing in the suburbs and analyze the old-age needs of the elderly,and proposes the design strategy of the old village space activation under the mode of old-age pension.In theory,it supplements the theoretical research of the group's oldage care,and injects new theoretical support for the activation of the old villages in the suburbs.In practice,it encourages the development of the old-age model,promotes the construction of rural public services,improves the quality of the elderly's old-age life,and activates the old village space.The design provides a practical approach.The first part of the article,through combing the relevant research and basic theories of the group and the rural space activation,clearly defines the old-age pension and the suburban old village space as the research object,and establishes the relationship between the old-age pension and the activation of the suburban old village space.The second part is based on the status quo of China's pension model,the characteristics of the elderly and the elderly's needs for the elderly.Based on the survey results in the form of on-site interviews and questionnaires,the author analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly and summarizes the elderly.The needs of the elderly.Further,the elderly's needs for the elderly are combined with the elements and characteristics of the rural space,and the needs of the rural space such as the local space,the health care space,the communication space,the living space and the family activity space are summarized.The third part explores the direction of the activation of the old village space according to the needs of the old-age pension,and proposes the old village space activation design strategy oriented by the group and the old-aged from the planning and project planning level.The paper puts forward certain conclusions and design strategies for the six aspects of spatial activation principle,pre-development strategy,function support and overall space organization,old village basic space and the design strategy of the old-age space.In the end,the old village space activation design strategy was tested and improved through the practice case of the Huanghewu Village Group in the Zengcheng District of Guangzhou.
