| Commercial space is the important carrier of urban activity,the urban commercial development is a city with the construction of ascension and the dynamic process of change,the expansion of urban spatial structure,land use type change and migration of population distribution,the improvement of traffic condition and so on various aspects factor are pulling effect on the development of business,commercial spatial size,elements combination and the brand effect is evolve with the development of the regional level.At present,the rapid development of e-commerce has brought a non-negligible impact on urban physical commerce.Its opportunities and challenges give birth to new business forms and commercial space experience,and promote the adaptive change of the overall pattern and internal structure of urban commerce.Therefore,in the process of urban development,it is of great significance to timely update the cognition of commercial space.Based on Guangzhou commercial space as the research object of empirical,on the basis of commercial space of related theory research,first of all,through clustering characteristics and density of hot spots analysis to identify the commercial enterprise concentration area within the scope of Guangzhou urban area,space attribute classification,and build a comprehensive index evaluation system on commercial enterprise concentration area forecasting service level evaluation.Secondly,combined with multi-source data,the spatial,format and environmental characteristics of the commercial agglomeration area are compared and analyzed,and its type pattern and spatial pattern are summarized.In addition,the paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of Guangzhou's commercial space development from the aspects of planning strategy,industrial drive,traffic construction,residential distribution and other multi-dimensional factors in three development stages.Finally,the paper summarizes the characteristics,trends and difficulties of Guangzhou's commercial space development,and provides some strategic Suggestions for the city's commercial development.The results show that the significant difference was found in the commercial enterprise concentration area features of Guangzhou urban area,the overall form the space pattern of part two three zones,form double center,the center business structure and development trend of polarization,commercial space presents the trend of development of east,formed between the inner loop and the beltway professional wholesale market in the band.With the continuous development of urban construction,the commercial space structure of Guangzhou has evolved under the drive of many factors.Urban development strategy of leading commercial space development,east road traffic construction and the orbit transportation construction improve accessibility in the commercial center,and strengthen the city center commercial function,new economic industry upgrade consumer demand,retail commercial space innovative consumer experience,business format to adapt to consumer demand growing commercial grade differentiated,land,economic benefits to wholesale market outward migration,the old city wholesale market space is the old city in the future business potential carrier of ascension.In general,under the influence of urban development strategy,new transportation location advantage,new business format and new lifestyle,Guangzhou city commercial space has gradually changed from the era of pure commodity consumption to the experience consumption era that emphasizes personalized experience.The new competitive point of urban commercial space,and the space that can carry more types of innovative consumer experiences has the potential to become a new commercial center. |
