With the promotion of "Made in China 2025" and the development of smart cities,Internet of Things technology has been pushed to a new peak.In response to the monitoring of large-scale hardware devices,the traditional IoT platform has performance shortcomings.The use of commercial IoT platforms has problems such as limited flexibility and high price,and the open source IoT platform currently has various limitations and its performance cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and realize an IoT monitoring platform facing large-scale equipment.Urban streetlight monitoring is an important part of smart city construction.In the face of large-scale urban street lights,how to carry out efficient and stable real-time monitoring is the content of this paper.Based on the hardware of Foshan Shunde Changhe Electric Co.,Ltd.,this paper designs and implements a high-performance IoT monitoring platform for urban street lamps.Based on the hardware background of street lighting equipment and the high performance requirements under large-scale equipment,the main work completed in this paper includes: 1)According to the high-performance requirements,the platform is designed hierarchically,and the high-performance goals of each layer are formulated.The design reasons and technical routes of each layer are expounded from the perspective of high performance.2)Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional load balancing algorithm in large-scale urban streetlight application scenarios,a load balancing algorithm based on back-end server performance state adaptive adjustment is proposed and implemented.3)High-performance network communication service based on high-performance network framework Netty design,researching and solving the reliability problem of network communication service,optimizing the thread model of network communication service in performance.4)Based on the distributed real-time processing engine Apache Flink,the real-time computing center is realized.The real-time calculation and analysis of the streetlight electrical parameter data of large data volume is carried out.Relevant criteria are formulated in the design of the component and applied to the design of the computing component in this paper.Through testing platform and analyzing the results,it can be concluded that the IoT monitoring platform designed and implemented in this paper can complete the monitoring of street lighting equipment and has high performance characteristics.The specific performance is that it can cope with the access of large-scale street lighting equipment,has the ability to process massive data in real time,keep stable working state for long time,and can flexiblyexpand as needed.Due to the similarity between industrial equipment and street lighting equipment,the research ideas proposed in this paper have certain reference significance for industrial internet of things.
