In recent years,with the rapid development of railway technology,the technical equipment of railway enterprises will be upgraded,and the requirements for the quality of all aspects of the employees are getting higher and higher.Railway conductors must adapt themselves to the trend of the times and improve their personal qualities and business capabilities as soon as possible through continuous learning and training.The scientific and reasonable conductor training system is a guarantee for train attendants to achieve good results and a basis for employees to obtain rapid improvement in their working ability,and it is also the hope for a substantial improvement in passenger satisfaction.Because of this,this paper will study the design of the conductor training system of Nanchang Bureau Group Co.Ltd.This study mainly includes the following contents: The first is to elaborate the research background,significance,results at home and abroad,and its content and ideas;Second,on the basis of research,analyze the training system,train staff,job responsibilities,and satisfaction concepts involved;The third is to analyze the theoretical basis,demand theory,and Koch's four-level evaluation theory.After the analysis of theoretical research,this paper also carries out empirical research.First,give an overview of the basic situation of railway conductor training in Nanchang Bureau Group Co.Ltd.;Then,combining the railway conductor training needs with its passenger satisfaction survey results and field investigation,analyze the current training situation and existing problems of railway conductor training in Nanchang Bureau Group Co.Ltd.;Next,be aimed at designing of the training system based on the passenger satisfaction and the individual needs of the conductor.According to the four dimensions of training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training course setting and training effect evaluation,give specific suggestions and countermeasures to the Nanchang Bureau Group Co.Ltd.Last,the paper summarizes the results of this study,and points out the inadequacies and difficulties of the research.It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a reference for the conductor training system of Nanchang Bureau Group Co.Ltd.and other companies.When training,it can not only take consideration into passenger satisfaction and trainer personality requirements but also can improve the quality of train conductor training.
