Heat pump plays an important role in heating and dehumidification.However,there are many problems in Various heat pump products,wide range of users and the higher failure rate of products in operation;various problems require feedback from the user timely and comprehensivly,but the users are not a specialized healthcare professionals in heat pump,It is very difficultly tdescribe the problems of the heat pump device in the course of operation,the heat pump company needs to dispatch professssional engineers to the worksite where the heat pump placement,it takes much longer to process and the cost of operation is high throughtout the process.To solve the above problems,this topic presents that distributed heat pump unit remote control system based on Internet of things.In order to guarantee their normal operation,the system can be able to achieve the function that constantly monitoring of the heat pump operation data and the remote controling and debugging of the heat pump one the basis of remote communication.The main work of this system includes three parts:(1)Firstly some energy problems in china are introduced in this paper.On the one hand we want to have further information about the current development of heat pump,on the other hand we understand that working principle of air-source heat pump and the distribution of monitoring points.Based on the function of the system we should analyze the development trend of heat hump in the internet of the things,it also presents general structure scheme of heat pump remote control system.This scheme consisting of heat pump controller,wireless communication system and heat pump monitoring center(mobile phone app).(2)The secondary exploitation has been undergone by Python language based on china mobile internet of things platform for software.The design of system software integrates modules-user module,monitoring management module,alarm module and recording module etc.PC can show operation data on electrical screen.All above these data on ONENET cloud server is used to provide data support for the development of the heat pump.The wireless communication system shows that STM32 chip and ESP32 chip control the whole terminal as main processor and coprocessor.The data was trabsmitted to ONENET cloud server through wifi wireless mode in order to realize long-distance communication.(3)The system test scheme was proposed on software and hardware for remote control system based on heat pump.Hardware includes that how to ensure transducers working properly based on the designing of the hardware.Software includes that we can review the operation data whenever and wherever you like according the PC and mobile phone app.you can respond every time that a dialog boxprompts you after discovering the abnormal data.Finally,we need check the stabilization andvalidation of the system in company.We show that system is operation normally and data transmission is stable and reliable for wireless communication system.The system can achieve the desired objective of the design and meet the needs of the users.The system effectively combines heat pump system ? Internet of things technology and computer technology provide security guarantee in the safe operation of heat pump.In order for the prevalence of heat pump and development of the controlling mode,System supply data support and experience of the reserve.
