Energy shortage and environmental pollution are the two key issues facing society today. The air source heat pump water heater is a new equipment gathering energy-saving and environmental protection in one set. It has a higher level of security with the design of electric water separation which is consistent with the strategic concept of sustainable development. With the vigorous development of computer and automatic control technology, remote monitoring technology has been applied to practical industrial control of the heat pump hot water system. The performance of control system is related to the efficiency and reliability of the operation of heat pump units, which is very significant to the study of heat pump control system. The subject designs three-layer industrial control network for the heat pump hot water system on the background of actual engineering of the Shanghai Pudong Natatorium, implementing the comprehensive optimization of the control and management of the technological process of the system. The main research contents are as follows.First, in full knowledge of air source heat pump and on the basis of Jiang Su Tianshu company’s DKFXRS-15Ⅱ heat pump unit, this article models and analysis the temperature system. Studied the control strategy of compressor, which is the energy output element of heat pump system. Simulating the temperature system based on compressor, controlled with fuzzy and fuzzy PID algorithm on MATLAB, and making a comparison between them. Then, the article analysis the MCU controller, complete the unit’s process control and temperature control. Optimized the heat pump control accuracy and heating performance.Second, according to the user’s specific requirements, this article choose three layers industrial control scheme of the heat pump system. With the help of MCGS configuration software, the remote monitoring system of air-source heat pump is bulit. The system realises real-time data process, parameter setting, fault alarm, report output, rights management and so on, which ensure heat pump water heaters’safety, stable and efficient operation.Finally, smart meter realised two-way communication with the PC via data communication technology and Modbus-RTU protocol, which can capture and transmission the various operating parameters of field. Realized the heat pump hot water system’s network remote monitoring and remote data transmission by using the powerful internet remote viewing function of network-version MCGS configuration software. It greatly improves the automation’s level of the heat pump hot water system, reduces labor intensity and achieves the expected effect.
