According to present situation of the management of crane industry, this paper puts forward a kind of crane dynamic monitoring management system, it make remote detection and crane management in one object, so it effective realized real-time monitoring, remote assist management and equipment unified dispatching etc. The traditional crane condition monitoring system, using the wire for state signals long transmission or the worker collect and record data at site ,so it's not only increased costs and easy to receive environment influence which easy to make the device invalid.With the development of wireless communication technology and the wide application in many fields, many otherwise independent equipment and system began interconnection with the wireless local area network, it make more and more equipment for long-distance transmission information possible. Compared with conventional methods, wireless data transmission way does not consider the installation of long distance transmission cable, save much cable, and to reduce construction difficulty and system cost, especially suitable for area which personnel is not easy reach, so the application prospect of huge.This paper, by crane for objects from crane condition monitoring and crane management point of view, combining crane specific way of working and working conditions ,make research for the crane remote dynamic monitoring management system which based on wireless communication. In crane acquisition system (lower place machine) is ripe, and on the basis of the realization of the key research communications system, PC database design and PC software programming. This system such not only improved monitoring automation degree, still can save lots of human and capital. In addition, this system apply conveniently and quickly,so it have higher use value and economic value.
