The Research Of The Rural Residential Suitability Passive Design Strategies On Ningqiang Areas In Southern Shannan

With the rapid development of economy,the speeding up of urbanization,the improvement of living standards of farmers, farmers’ lifestyle and behavior patterns are beginning to change, the countryside is beginning to build, meanwhile, due to the technical limitations of the farmers, the building of rural dwellings imitate cities, as a result, the traditional dwellings of ecological strategies are abandoned and the modern ecological technologies are not widely used in the countryside, therefore, the energy are wasted as well as the damage to the ecological environment. In order to the long-term development of the country, so, the countryside must stick to sustainable development:first, the professional designer should to guild and encourage farmers to use renewable energy or materials; second, supporting farmers on the technical and guiding farmers to rural residential construction in scientific, in order to the countryside can develop the rural residence which is adapted to the regional characteristics.The rural traditional residence of NingQiang areas in southern ShanNan adjust measures to local conditions and adopt the suitability of passive building design strategy in the process of evolution, in the result, the energy consumption of building is low, the indoor is warm in winter and cool in summer and higher comfortable, the rural traditional residence have formed a fairly complete building system. In the modern rural residential construction, the building strategy which is suitable for modern rural residential in traditional rural should be inherit and develop.By means of lots of investigation and research on the modern rural residential in the Ningqiang, the rural dwellings are build by the local residents, because of the lack ofscientific guidance, the problems such as energy-consuming, the poor thermal performance of palisade structure, the undesirable indoor comfort. These problems directly affect the living environment of rural residents.The article is based on the climate characteristics of NingQiang in southern ShanNan, take the local typical traditional rural houses and modern rural residence for example, use the software architecture, analyze the comfort indoor between the traditional rural dwellings which using passive design technology and the modern rural residential which without using passive design technology. The results show that the traditional rural residential which using suitability passive design technology can significantly improve indoor comfort. Therefore, on the design of rural residence, on the basis of using the modern rural residential technology, referring and inheriting the traditional passive building design strategy of rural residence, so as to promote the sustainable development of the rural residential NingQiang in southern ShanNan area.
