As a basic unit in a smart city,intelligent buildings are of great significance to the development of Chinese cities.The intelligent building market has broad prospects for development.In order to standardize the order of the intelligent building market,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has promulgated a series of general standards for quality management at various stages of intelligent building construction.However,the quality information at each stage is still scattered and fails to form a systematic life cycle assessment system.The current research on intelligent building evaluation focuses on the intelligent quality evaluation during the use of the operational phase,ignoring the quality assessment of the entire process of the formation and use of intelligent buildings.Based on the whole life cycle theory,this paper studies the quality evaluation of intelligent buildings.First of all,this paper sorts out the status quo of the development of intelligent buildings at home and abroad as well as the intelligent building evaluation research,dividing the entire life cycle of intelligent buildings into four stages: pre-planning,planning,design,construction and operation,combing with the experience of intelligent building construction,development status,development dilemma and industry standards,and summarizing the quality evaluating indicators at each stage.Secondly,according to the quality evaluating indicators,the quality evaluation indicators are identified,and the primary quality index system of the intelligent building life cycle is constructed.Based on the rough set attribute reduction theory,the unnecessary and redundant indicators in the primary indicator system are reduced,and the final indicator system is obtained as the basis for evaluation implementation.Finally,according to the grey theory,this paper focuses on processing and quantifying the uncertainty,dealing with the characteristics of “small sample” and “poor information”,and combining with the analytic hierarchy process to construct a full life cycle quality evaluation model for intelligent buildings.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight,and the evaluation model is applied to the quality evaluation of an intelligent office building in Beijing.The evaluation result is “better”,which is more in line with the actual situation of the project,and proves the scientificity and feasibility of the model.Compared with the intelligent quality evaluation in the operation stage,the research on the whole life cycle quality evaluation system of intelligent buildings can more truly reflect the overall quality level of intelligent buildings,providing a scientific theoretical basis for the quality management of each participant,thus to guide the practice of intelligent building quality management and to improve the quality of intelligent buildings and reduce quality risks.In addition,it can also enhance people's understanding and recognition of intelligent buildings,and broaden the road for the sustainable development of intelligent buildings in China.
