| The rapid development of society brings great material satisfaction to people,but also brings a series of natural disasters such as haze,sandstorms,floods and so on.Since the 1990s,green building has become popular in the world with its new concept of saving energy,saving resources and returning to nature.With the continuous development of society and people’s constant attention to health,the design concept of energy-saving and environmental protection of green buildings can’t meet the needs of people at this stage.Therefore,more attention to the healthy building of the residents’ body emerges at the historic moment.In order to realize the psychological,physical and spiritual aspects of residents’ health,create a good indoor and outdoor environment,this paper starts from the community level and strives to create a good community environment for residents,improve residents’ happiness,standardize community construction,and then establish a healthy community evaluation index system.This paper analyses the development status of healthy communities in China,points out the problems and shortcomings in the process of construction and operation,consults relevant literature and evaluation criteria,explores the rise and development of healthy communities,summarizes the technical points of healthy communities in China,and forms the values of healthy communities.This paper starts from the five dimensions of ecological balance,healthy livability,sustainable development,social equity and economic development.It analyzes the standard framework,technical measures and weights of typical green building evaluation standards,health building evaluation standards and community-related evaluation standards at home and abroad.The scores and other content will be divided into six categories:air quality,water environment,community comfort,fitness space,humanity creation,and community service.Through the research and analysis of relevant standards at home and abroad,the content of the indicators and the scoring rules are compiled,and the healthy community evaluation model is initially established.Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each index in the evaluation model is calculated geometrically,and the weight of each index is transformed into score.Yaahp software is used in the calculation process,which not only simplifies the calculation process,but also forms a scientific and reasonable calculation result.This paper divides the health community evaluation index system into three certification levels,one star,two star and three star,according to the indicators score of certification projects.Case evaluation can verify the practicability of the established evaluation index system,and cognize the general situation of the community in the early stage by means of network search and field research.In the evaluation stage,the healthy community star certification is carried out by means of design drawings analysis,field survey and residents’ questionnaire.The certification result shows that the results of the case community assessment are basically consistent with the statistical results of the questionnaire survey,which verifies the practicability and operability of the health community evaluation index system established in this paper.Constructing a healthy community evaluation index system can lay a foundation for building a good community environment,and the evaluation grade reflects the health performance of the community to a certain extent.Converting the qualitative index into a quantitative form can provide intuitive and perceptible evaluation results to the community residents.While promoting the improvement of the health performance of the community,it can also improve the health level of the community residents,and thus improve the health level of the community residents.Then realize the great strategy of "healthy China".It is hoped that the establishment of the health community evaluation index system can provide certain reference and basis for the construction of China’s healthy community and the formulation of relevant standards. |
