The health problem has become the focus of the world today.With "Healthy China" becoming a national strategy,urban planning as an important means of regulating public health should be paid more attention.At present,the health impacts of planning and design are mainly explored from the perspectives of cities and communities in China,with little attention paid to campus.How to evaluate the health impact level of campus planning and create a healthy and supportive environment for teachers and students are the main problems to be solved.Therefore,the construction of the evaluation index system of healthy campus planning can accurately find the shortcomings in campus planning,which is of great significance to the optimization of the campus built environment and the guidance of the construction of healthy campus in the later stage.Based on FDM and FAHP,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of healthy campus planning.Firstly,using literature analysis method,content analysis method and other research methods,the health influencing factors of campus built environment are summarized into seven categories,such as spatial layout,landscape environment and environmental sanitation.From health space,environment,transportation,facilities,building summary health campus planning elements,to build a healthy campus planning evaluation system to provide a scientific basis.Secondly,FDM combined with expert advice was used to screen and optimize the primary indicators,and the evaluation system was determined to be 5 first-level indicators,12second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.Finally,according to FAHP,the evaluation model of healthy campus planning is constructed reasonably,that is,the weight ratio of each index in the evaluation of healthy campus planning is obtained by AHP.FCE was used to construct the evaluation model,and the quantitative and qualitative indicators were quantified and standardized,respectively.The evaluation result grades of five health impact levels were established,which were very poor,poor,average,good and very good.In order to verify the feasibility and operability of the evaluation system,this paper takes Hongxiang Campus of University of South China as an example to carry out practical application.The evaluation results showed that the comprehensive evaluation score of Hongxiang Campus of University of South China was 3.1884,and the health impact level was "average".The main factors affecting the evaluation score include:(1)Health space: noise pollution and traffic threat,low building density,poor accessibility to open space in some areas,etc.(2)Healthy environment: landscape attraction is not high,campus health needs to be improved,and public participation is low.(3)Healthy traffic: the phenomenon of mixed traffic between people and vehicles is common,the continuity of slow traffic is poor,and the width of sidewalks is narrow.(4)Health facilities: poor accessibility and low degree of sharing of sports resources.(5)Healthy building : the stair environment is less attractive and lacks space for exercise and communication.In view of the current situation,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of campus planning,in order to realize the health benefits of campus planning in meeting people’s health needs and promoting healthy behaviors and lifestyles.Finally,according to the problems encountered in the evaluation process,the four indicators such as building density and green land rate are adjusted and improved appropriately,so as to enhance the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system and further guide the construction of healthy campus scientifically.
