According to the "Notice of the Standards and Divisions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the need to promptly study and compile mandatory standards for project construction,([2016]No.155),organize the research and development of the"Outdoor Water Supply Project Code".In the process of research and development,it is necessary to learn from and absorb foreign advanced water supply technical specifications.Therefore,research on water supply technical specifications of the three developed countries of the United States,Japan,and Canada,and China's "Outdoor Water Supply Design Code"(GB50013-2006)For comparison,through comparative research,the problems existing in the current technical specifications are proposed,and the reference provisions for the "Outdoor Water Supply Project Specifications,to be issued in China are proposed according to the foreign advanced water supply technical standards.Chinese current water supply regulations and technical specifications "Outdoor Water Supply Design Specifications",studies the revision and evolution of technical specifications,and has a certain degree of understanding of China's norms.Compared with the code"Recommended Standard for Water Works" which promulgated by the US Department of Health in 2012 systematically.The content includes the structure of code,water intake,pump house,water distribution,water treatment,sludge treatment and monitor.Compared with the"Design Guide for Waterway Design "promulgated by the Japanese Ministry of Health in 2012,covering background information,water intake facilities,water storage facilities,raw water transportation facilities,water treatment facilities,water supply facilities,water distribution facilities,machinery,electrical and instrumentation.Equipment and water treatment accessories.Compared with the Candian code "Standards and Guidelines for Municipal Waterworks,Wastewater and Storm Drainage Systems".The content includes waterworks systems standards,Potable water quality standards,Potable water treatment standards,Potable water treatment performance standards,Potable water treatment credits,potable water treatment facility design standards,waterworks systems operation standards,Potable water treatment chemical standards,Potable water treatment plant waste-handling and disposal standards,Potable water transmission and distribution main standards,Potable water quality performance monitoring standards,Potable water quality record keeping and reporting standards,laboratory data quality assurance standards,facility risk assessment standards,facility classification and operator certification standards,waterworks systems guidelines,design criteria,raw water supply,water transmission and distribution mains,Potable water storage,watering point,watering point,water systems security and protection,facility risk assessment,conservation and reclamation.By comparing the existing differences,the paper puts forward suggestions on accelerating the frequency of standardization update,optimizing the standardization system and increasing the content of the norms,and provides reference for foreign water supply technology for the promulgation of China "Outdoor Water Supply Project Code",and the"Design Specification for Outdoor Water Supply".The revision provides advice and suggestions to promote the development of Chinese technical standards system.Comparative study on planning layout,water source management,water permit,water quality,water volume,pipeline distribution and emergency response,and the UK water supply standard u BS EN 805:2000 Water supply-Requirements for systems and components outside buildings".
