With the development of economy and society, and as an important part of the residential space, Bathroom won more and more attention. Bathroom functions is the most frequent using and most secret space, use an area of less than10%of the entire residential area, but need to focus on construction, renovation, water, electricity, ventilation, heating, and other professional; need to accommodate a variety of electrical wiring, hot and cold water pipes up and down, as well as bath, toilet, washbasin, laundry equipment; must also meet the people defecate, wash, bath and even health care, leisure and other features. The bathroom design is our most complex and most important part of residential design, But the reality is that with the bathroom attention rising, the problem of using bathroom exposed and become increasingly evident.This article is mainly talk about the using problems of the bathroom in reality study, at first a questionnaire survey is be send, I learned the using of bathroom has many problems such as:insufficient use of the area, wet and dry partitions, physical, pipeline. It has proved the need for research. Obtained again through the course of development of domestic and foreign health and Analysis the history and domestic of the toilet functions development at home and abroad,area expansion, as the increasing demands of the overall trend, it proved the importance of this study, especially there are still a big gap with foreign countries and china. Therefore, this paper studied the affecting the use of bathroom, and apply these theories to analysis the bathroom problem and investigate these problems and concluded. Finally, conclusions and compare analysis with the current residential design code, and give some suggestions for future bathroom designing.
