| With the development of building construction and intelligent technology,building robot technology is gradually becoming the future development trend of building industry.Some enterprises in the real estate industry have begun to actively research and develop building robot technology,and put it into the application of building construction stage.At present,the application of construction robot technology in the construction stage is still in a relatively preliminary stage.How to effectively apply the construction robot technology to the construction stage of the project is an urgent problem to be solved in the promotion and development of construction robot technology.The maturity model can better evaluate the ability of the project to apply construction robot technology in the construction stage,find out the poor part of the application of construction robot technology,and put forward improvement measures to continuously improve the application level of construction robot technology in the construction stage.By referring to the domestic and foreign literature on the application of construction robot technology,referring to the actual application project cases of construction robot technology,as well as the fully representative and proven maturity model,the general steps and appropriate methods for the construction of maturity model are summarized and analyzed.In this paper,the application sophistication model of construction robot technology is divided into five levels according to its influence on the key operational indicators of the project.Based on the application of construction robot technology in the construction stage and the results of interviews with experts in the field of construction robot technology,and by referring to domestic and foreign literature,relevant bidding documents,construction contracts and other materials,5 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators are selected.The evaluation index system of building robot technology application maturity model in the construction stage of residential project is constructed.Based on the application index system of building robot technology established in this paper,an evaluation table describing the maturity level is set up.Through questionnaire survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),the recovered evaluation data were processed,and the weight ratio of 5 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators was clarified.This paper describes the general steps of calculating the final maturity score by applying the maturity model of building robot technology with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then the case analysis method is used to evaluate the maturity of actual project cases and verify the feasibility and reliability of the maturity model of architectural robot technology application in the construction stage of residential projects.The project’s maturity score is 3.86,which is in the elevated level of maturity.The characteristic of construction robot technology is that it can undertake the construction task of "dangerous,complicated,dirty and heavy" on the site,which can improve the operation efficiency and management efficiency of the project.It is of great significance to the intelligent development and industrial upgrading of the construction industry.The application maturity model of building robot technology in the construction stage of residential projects is used for evaluation and improvement suggestions are given according to the evaluation results,which can effectively help the project to improve the application ability of building robot technology. |
