With the release of production capacity in China's refining industry,the competition in the domestic refined oil market is becoming more and more fierce,and the development of petroleum products presents a white-hot pattern.On the one hand,there are domestic oil giants such as CNOOC,PetroChina and Sinopec in the refined oil market,on the other hand,there are also multinational oil enterprises such as Dodar,Exxon Mobil and BP,and many more powerful refineries have formed.Regional monopoly,which brings great challenges to related enterprises in the complex and changeable market environment.As a window unit for petrochemical enterprises to provide services to the public,gas stations have direct contact with consumers and are closely related to public life.In recent years,gas stations have gradually become a key source of profit for high-quality sales enterprises.Gas stations in some big cities have superior geographical location,annual sales of more than 10,000 tons,and profitable sales.Although the gas station project can greatly improve profits in the initial stage,it will also cover up some risks in the process of gas station development and construction.At this stage,there is still a lack of systematic theoretical research on the risk of gas station construction projects in China,and there is no effective summary of project construction experience.Contractors and investors usually have very weak risk awareness,and professional risk management subjects are extremely scarce,which will lead to uncertainty in the operation of enterprises.This paper takes the construction project of petrol station of Shenyang Branch of CNPC as the research object,analyses the present situation of risk management of construction project of petrol station of Shenyang Branch of CNPC,systematically expounds the risk and management mode existing in construction project of petrol station of Shenyang Branch,and clearly points out the problems and influencing f-actors of risk management of construction project of petrol station.Based on project management theory and risk identification theory,this paper establishes a risk evaluation index system for gas station construction project of Shenyang Branch of PetroChina,identifies and evaluates the risks in gas station construction project by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and then considers the internal and external factors of the risks synthetically,finally designs a scientific and reasonable risk response strategy,which is in accordance with the actual situation of Shenyang Branch gas station.Combining with the situation,this paper puts forward specific risk prevention and control measures to ensure the connection between theory and practice.It is convenient to provide effective ideas and methods to the project managers of gas stations.It is Very operable for the risk management of gas station construction projects in Shenyang Branch.The significance of this study lies in:firstly,to ensure that gas station construction projects can be completed in quality and quantity.so as to obtain more profits and benefits:secondly,to provide reference for other gas station construction project management and risk control in China.
