Comprehensive pipe gallery is one of the important signs of the twenty-first Century new city municipal infrastructure modernization,it avoids the laying or maintenance of pipelines caused duplication of road excavation problems,the pipes from the soil and water,thus reducing the corrosion of the pipes.,prolong the service life of the pipeline,it is reserved for the development of the city the precious underground space.Shenyang is one of the Chinese 15 vice provincial level city,one of the seven regional central city Chinese,mega city China,the largest international metropolis in the northeast,the Northeast political,economic,financial,cultural,transportation,tourism and information center.At the same time,China is one of the most important heavy industry base,known as the eldest son of the Republic,known as "Oriental Ruhr" reputation.According to the development target of Shenyang City,the new concept of comprehensive pipe gallery in the municipal engineering construction of the underground pipeline integrated construction and management,to achieve both the city infrastructure construction and management,to ensure the safe operation of large municipal trunk pipe,to create a new bright spot in Shenyang municipal construction,can not only reduce the beautiful city environment,city road repeat the excavation impact on people's daily life and traffic,and enhance the modernization level of city infrastructure,will play a good role in promoting and demonstration.Project risk management is an important part of the practice of project management,different industries and sectors have different risk criteria,but the risk management methods and ideas are basically the same,the risk management is directly related to whether a project can achieve development and in accordance with established goals.In addition,risk management is also a key and difficult work in project management.This research through the case of the implementation of construction projects in the South Canal corridor integrated underground pipe in Shenyang City,the actual operation,at different stages of the life cycle of the whole project in operation,project identification,risk assessment,and then through the perfect risk management practice of project management.There are three main aspects to solve the problem::First,the risk identification of city underground tunnel project construction.Including risk identification system,may cause the construction and two aspects of capital and management,the social impact of two aspects.Second,city underground pipe gallery project risk assessment.Including the use of risk assessment methods and means to select the create evaluation index and weight of risk for underground pipe gallery in Shenyang City,creating a risk assessment system to evaluate Shenyang city underground pipe gallery project.Third,control and deal with the underground pipe gallery project construction risk.According to the Shenyang city underground pipe gallery risk assessment results,to carry out research on the safety control and the countermeasures.This paper used the methods of literature analysis,interview and comparative analysis.Through a large number of relevant literatures,field investigation and research,planning and construction materials at home and abroad on city underground pipe gallery,collect relevant papers,books and network information,and then summed up.On this basis,according to actual situation of city underground pipe gallery in a construction project,determine the structure of the overall framework.This thesis mainly includes four parts,the introduction part expounds the content of the project research background,significance and research methods,and summarized summarizing the relevant theoretical and practical development;the second part is based on the basic situation of the project,summarized in the project risk management,risk identification principle and concrete analysis work;to study and evaluate the specific contents of the third chapter mainly elaborates in the project life cycle and project risk,including risk assessment scheme and the specific evaluation contents;in the fourth chapter,on the basis of discussing project evaluation methods of risk control and risk control effect.According to the results of risk assessment of underground comprehensive pipe gallery in Shenyang City,research on targeted safety control and countermeasures is carried out.The city underground comprehensive pipe gallery project is the key municipal engineering in Shenyang,which is the actual project and the image project,which has great social and economic benefits.Because of this,the project itself involves many kinds of risk factors.The risk assessment and effective risk management for such projects is necessary,but also an indispensable.In this study,the theory of life cycle of application project,will be in different stages of project segmentation,using the risk matrix method,the assessment found that risk,especially the risk factors,prevention and control of the key,for the actual project that Shenyang city's success has laid a solid foundation and guarantee.However,in practice there are still some shortcomings,because the city underground pipe gallery project construction project is a relatively new,short development time,the project management has not yet formed a mature method and system,computer model of the risk in the project risk management application failed to effectively the advanced assessment the control system,the regret will continue in the future in the implementation of the project for improvement.In a word,through the research,for the future of city underground pipe gallery project
