Assembled monolithic concrete structures are monolithic concrete structures formed by precast concrete members or components connected by steel bars,joints or prestressing,through concrete and grouting at the construction site..The traditional construction method is simple and extensive,noise pollution,resource waste,and environmental pollution are prominent.The development of prefabricated buildings has great significance for China's construction industry.The promotion of prefabricated buildings will help the construction industry achieve the goals of energy conservation,environmental protection and green development.At the same time,BIM technology has also been favored by the construction industry.The emergence of BIM technology has made the construction industry a big step in the direction of industrialization.The prefabricated building is the most intuitive embodiment of building industrialization.The combination of them is The development trend of the construction industry..The construction technology path of the assembled monolithic concrete building has undergone a major change compared with the original technical path.The construction process mainly adopts the combination of prefabrication and cast-in-place to pose a new challenge to the management of construction quality.Construction quality evaluation has become a limitation as a means of quality management.Based on the acceptance criterion of construction quality of assembly integral structure engineering,this paper designs a new evaluation index system for construction quality of assembly integral structure engineering by using critical success factor method.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the index weight is determined,and the construction quality evaluation is carried out by using the fuzzy evaluation method.The path of index design is optimized,and the construction quality evaluation method of assembly building is improved..The emergence of BIM technology has provided new ideas for the construction quality evaluation of fabricated buildings.BIM technology can integrate information about the life cycle of a project,including all the quality information required for construction quality assessment.This paper designs and constructs BIM database which stores construction quality information,and extracts the information of construction quality evaluation from BIM software to BIM database,which realizes the integration of construction quality evaluation information.Secondly,theBIM-based construction quality evaluation process was explored and researched,and the implementation process of each stage was designed.Finally,based on BIM technology and database technology,the construction quality evaluation system for assembling integral building structure engineering is designed and built,and the method of collecting,evaluating and evaluating the construction quality information of integrated concrete building structure engineering is integrated into the evaluation system.In the process of making full use of the construction quality evaluation system to manage the quality information,improve the level of construction engineering construction quality management information,innovate the construction quality evaluation method,and improve the construction quality management means.
