Research On Tendering Risk Management Of Oversea Real Estate Project

The project tender is to invite suppliers or contractors to submit offers within a specified period of time by publishing the purchase information within a certain range,and after comparative analysis,select the best bidder according to the established criteria.And sign a procurement contract with it.There are many risk factors in the bidding process.The risk events caused by these risk factors will have a negative impact on the bidding and even the implementation of the later projects.So far,however,there is no systematic study on the risk of project bidding.This paper first introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of project bidding and risk management,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of foreign project bidding based on the analysis of China's situation.On this basis,the paper studies the risk identification and inducement analysis of project bidding(procedures and methods of risk identification,existing risk factors,inducement analysis);This paper introduces the risk estimation and risk evaluation method of foreign project bidding.The risk control problem of foreign project bidding(general strategy of risk avoidance,risk prevention,risk monitoring method)is studied.This paper introduces the contents and implementation procedures of foreign project bidding risk assessment.On the basis of this,the case analysis is carried out.This paper introduces risk management theory into project bid management,establishes a systematic risk management framework for project bid,gives general measures for project bid risk control,and provides risk prevention and control ideas and basis for project bid risk managers.Due to the most wanted to prevent and control the occurrence of risks,get rid of the past ex post control,save expenses,ensure the successful implementation of project bidding,and lay the foundation for the success of the project.
