With the development of economic globalization,talents have gradually become the embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Talent is an important factor in promoting economic growth as well as the core capital of enterprises.The competition among enterprises is,in fact,the competition of talents.The brain drain is the loss of corporate capital.This phenomenon will affect the survival and development of the enterprise inevitably.The problem of brain drain is a significant problem that directly affects the survival and development of the enterprise.To some extent,employees determine the future of the company.And the loss of employees,especially the abnormal loss,is a problem that every company will encounter in development process.Excessive loss of employees will reduce the production efficiency of the company,and even threaten the survival and development of the enterprise.Maintaining the stability of the staff team plays a key and direct role in the healthy development of the company.The core competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into knowledge and talent competition.With the rapid economic development in recent years,China has become the world's second largest economy and the world's largest manufacturing country.The development of the manufacturing industry needs to be supported by a large amount of labor force.A sufficient and stable workforce is crucial to the company.The loss of employees is one of the most important issues currently plaguing many companies,and so is automotive manufacturers.Firstly,combing and summarizing the relevant theories and models of employee losing,it lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Based on this,the research technology line of the study was constructed and the influencing factors of employee turnover were divided into four aspects:salary level,employee pressure,personal development,and employee training.The questionnaire was designed and developed to analyze the impact.Secondly,by researching the current situation of the loss of frontline employees in Wuling Shandong Branch of Liuzhou,the company designed survey questionnaires and conducted investigations.SPSS software was used to make descriptive statistics,factor analysis,and regression analysis of the questionnaire data.Identify the factors that affect the turnover of the company's employees and provide relevant solutions.Based on the regression analysis of the frontline employees loss and influencing factors of Liuzhou Wuling Shandong Branch,the thesis concludes that:(1)Salary level has significant influences on employees loss;the higher the salary level is,the lower the turnover intention is;(2)Personal development has significant influences on employees loss,the better the personal development is,the lower the turnover tendency is;(3)Employee training has significant influences on employees loss,the more professional the employee training is,the lower the turnover intention is;(4)Work stress on employees don't have significant influences on employees loss.On this basis,the study put forward corresponding countermeasures for Liuzhou Wuling Shandong Branch.Improve compensation management,formulate employee career planning and establish a reasonable employee training system.
