Research On The Renewal Of Sonth Luogu Lane Under The Concept Of Urban Renovation

The renewal of urban districts has been developing for many years in China.In recent years,the renewal of urban districts has mainly been developed on the basis of protective development and existing characteristics of urban districts.The number of urban blocks in our country is objective,so the use of scientific and systematic concept to guide the construction and development of urban blocks,so that the overall urban blocks can be upgraded has an important role.In 2015,our country first pointed out that Sanya is the city with the concept of "double urban renovation".Once the concept was put forward,all levels of society paid great attention to it and recognized it,and it has become the vane of the current urban renewal and development.It is feasible to study the development of urban blocks by using urban repair in this concept.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the concept of "urban repair" and combine it with the development and renewal case of Nanluogu Lane block in Beijing,in order to find a strategy and method suitable for the sustainable and innovative development of urban blocks.Through the research on the concept of urban repair and the related theories of urban blocks,and through the case study of Nanluogu Lane block,we fully realize the significance of urban block renewal,and analyze the historical development of Nanluogu Lane block by using various methods such as literature review,field investigation,case analysis and induction.Through the analysis of relevant application cases,the development principles and Strategies of urban blocks under the concept of "urban repair" are obtained,and a development strategy consistent with the development characteristics of Nanluogu Lane is constructed.The contents and directions involved in the renewal of urban blocks under the concept of urban repair are preliminarily listed,and the method system is preliminarily established.On this basis,the application of the concept of"urban repair" in Nanluogu Lane is studied."Urban repair" is mainly based on historical and cultural protection and repair,as well as building style repair and block traffic repair and other aspects of research,the renewal of Nanluogu Lane block and the concept of "urban repair" are interrelated,so that it can be consistent with the renewal requirements of Nanluogu Lane block;and make the concept of "urban repair" in the development of urban blocks have a preliminary.Content analysis and method summary,hope that urban blocks in the concept of "urban repair"can summarize a more systematic and feasible renewal program.The protection and renewal of urban commercial streets has been carried out for many years in China.In recent years,the development and renewal of urban characteristic commercial streets is more about seeking development while using their characteristic advantages to seek development.
