Study On The Renovation Method Of Urban Street Building Facade

Urban renewal is a dynamic process of development.As an important part of it,the facade renewal of urban street buildings shoulders the important task of displaying the image of urban streets and reflecting the historical culture of the city.In the new century,the speed of urban construction and renewal in China is accelerating,and the contrast between the old and new buildings is more and more obvious.Many facade buildings along the street have been covered by disorderly billboards,air-conditioners,illegal awnings and other elements.At the same time,there are many problems,such as aging materials,complex colors,facade confusion and so on,which have been unable to meet the aesthetic requirements of modern society for architectural image.Therefore,it is an important subject for designers to renovate the facade of urban buildings along the street.This article first sorted out the basis,significance and background of the topic,combined with relevant domestic and foreign research,clarified the purpose and significance of this article,and established the corresponding research methods and thesis framework.Through the analysis of the concept of Urban Street building facade renovation,the cognition of Urban Street building facade renovation is established.Combined with the relevant theories at home and abroad,the elements of Urban Street building facade are divided into functional elements and characteristic elements.Secondly,based on the Delphi method and AHP,the paper establishes the evaluation system of Urban Street building facade elements.At the same time,three domestic cases are selected for analysis and research,and the strategies and methods of Urban Street building facade renovation are summarized,including the principles,macro positioning and constituent elements of Urban Street building facade renovation.Finally,combining theory with practice,aiming at Qianyang road building facade renovation design practice,according to the current situation evaluation system,this paper evaluates the current situation of building facade elements along Qianyang Road,analyzes its current problems,and further makes guiding design for building facade renovation along Qianyang road from three aspects of renovation principles,macro positioning and renovation methods of constituent elements Taking Qianjiang middle school’s teaching building and Qianjiang bus company’s office building as typical single building facade,this paper analyzes the renovation methods of Urban Street building facade,and demonstrates the renovation strategies and methods summarized in this paper.
