Complex geomorphic characteristics and unique natural landscape pattern of mountain city gave mountain street network more charm, but currently there existed a lot of phenomenon that discussing urban landscape environment from the perspective of street network, lacking regional character and integrity in mountain city street network construction. Therefore, it was necessary to seek analysis and design method of the street network value under the coordination of mountain city street network configuration and landscape environment.The paper belonged to the applied research of new methods, was divided into four parts, Putting forward the problem, summarizing and establishing problem analysis method, the method applied to practical case and the final conclusion. Study was on the practical problems that destruction of mountain city road network construction on the landscape environment and lacking attention of specific urban landscape cultural environment face to face. The paper introduced a new study perspective " Attribute analysis of streets network ", study on the attribute value of specific street network pattern relationship from the design generation of street network, street network ontological connection relation, and the relationship between street network and surrounding environment, in order to guide the urban design.The paper took mountain city street network space form attribute and landscape environment attribute as the research object, Simultaneously selected the typical mountainous city group,Guizhou Weng’an South Group as a practical case study. Firstly, The paper presented the method description method of street network space form attribute, landscape environment attribute and related quantitative indexes through the Summary of literature review, then established measurement model through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process, according to the transportation value, commercial value and landscape value. Secondly, It put forward the problem to be solved based on the analysis of the present constitute elements of Weng’an South Group., designed to generate group street network oriented to problem, considered multi-level traffic mode choice, the landscape topography protection and hierarchical planning function connection. Then, The transportation value, commercial value and landscape value can be obtained by applying the attribute description method and measurement model to South Group street network. Finally, The result of attribute value from analysis was supposed to be applied to the urban design aspects of South Group such as street network classification, land function layout, and urban form control.
