Based On CPTED Theory,A Research On The Outdoor Space Environment Of Residential Areas In Nanchang City

With the rapid urbanization in China,many "urban diseases" have emerged in cities,among which the frequent occurrence of crimes is one of the prominent problems.Therefore,The current security problem has become the focus of people's attention.As an early collective housing combination model in China,many residential areas were not designed with safety factors fully considered,The outdoor space environment has obvious defects in crime prevention,therefore,it is of great significance to study the defense security of outdoor space environment in residential areas.Through research on relevant materials at home and abroad,and based on the theory of CPTED(crime prevention through environmental design),by summarizing relevant theories and practical cases,starting from key points of CPTED design,such as collar properties,surveillance,access control(target reinforcement),environmental maintenance,and activity support,the specific environmental factors related to the defensibility of residential areas were established,and the status quo of defensibility environmental factors in three different residential areas in nanchang city was investigated by data analysis method and field survey method.By using the methods of inductive analysis,comparative analysis and model analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the defensive environmental factors in the selected residential areas,summarizes the existing problems in the defensive aspects of different residential areas,and summarizes the common points of the inadequate environmental defense in each residential area.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: fuzzy spatial boundary structure,unreasonable spatial layout,the existence of physical monitoring blind area,imperfect natural monitoring structure,insufficient spatial permeability,inadequate entrance and exit management,and low social cohesion.According to the existing prominent problems,the corresponding defense design strategy of space environment is proposed,including: strengthening the boundary space design,combining model analysis with space layout design,increasing the components of residential area,changing the entrance and exit management mode,and enhancing the space function,etc.It provides reference for the design and update of different types of residential defense.
