Research On The Crime Prevention Strategy Of The Outer Space Of Commercial District Based On CPTED Theory

With the rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization process,urban scale is expanding,urban population is expanding rapidly,and urban social relations are changing rapidly,resulting in a new era of balance.With the rapid development of commercial blocks,mixed communities,open blocks,experiential consumption and other block forms have been formed.The types of urban crime have changed,showing the characteristics of the new era.Therefore,through the use of environmental design crime prevention theory,from the perspective of environmental design,mining the characteristics of commercial district crime,and finally summed up a reasonable design method.This paper takes the external space of the commercial district as the research object,trying to achieve the following purposes through the analysis of crime influencing factors:(1)summarize the characteristics of the crime of the commercial district.(2)Analyze and summarize the related influencing factors of natural monitoring design elements in the five elements of environmental design prevention theory.(3)According to the three influencing factors of natural surveillance incidence,effectiveness and mechanical surveillance,this paper analogically analyzes the impact of specific means of environmental design on crime prevention.In this paper,the existing commercial district planning layout,spatial form,consumption mode analysis,with the analysis of regional crime,the corresponding characteristics of commercial district crime.In addition,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the initiative of natural monitoring of users,so as to guide the research and induction of the design methods of commercial blocks.Finally,this paper summarizes the specific theoretical elements of reducing crime,that is,improving the incidence of natural monitoring,improving the effectiveness of natural monitoring,adopting mechanical monitoring,analogizing and analyzing all kinds of specific environmental design means,and puts forward suggestions for the future external space design of commercial blocks,including square layout,building related relationship,material use,plant configuration,urban furniture setting And so on,for the future of our country commercial district external space crime prevention to make a modest contribution.
