The Application Of Khitan Traditional Patterns In The Design Of Cultural Creative Products

This paper chooses the extraction and translation methods which are highly consistent with the characteristics of the traditional patterns of the Khitan nationality to extract and translate the design elements of the representative traditional patterns of the Khitan nationality based on the classification and combing of traditional patterns of Khitan nationality.We can design cultural creative products with Khitan national characteristics through the integration of design elements with modern aesthetics and modern culture.Five extraction methods are proposed including morphological extraction,partial extraction,geometric extraction,location on the map extraction,spiritual extraction,and three translation methods are proposed including morphological reconstruction,frame additions or deletions and stereo plane interchange according to the characteristics of traditional patterns of the Khitan nationality.The traditional patterns of the Khitan nationality are classified based on their characteristics by collecting,sorting out and analyzing the traditional patterns of the Khitan nationality.Choose representative patterns of Khitan from aspects of culture,politics and daily life,select appropriate extraction and translation methods to extract and translate patterns according to their characteristics,and apply design elements of extraction and translation to cultural creative product design,and the application of traditional patterns in cultural creative product design is broadened.The design elements extracted and translated from traditional patterns of Khitan will be applied in modern creative product design,which will endow the cultural connotation of the product,increase the added value of the product and improve consumer purchasing power.This paper explores the spiritual connotation contained in the pattern by taking the traditional pattern as the carrier.Through the dissemination of cultural creative products,the traditional culture of Khitan can be promoted,the people's understanding of the traditional culture of Khitan can be enhanced,the ways of dissemination of traditional culture can be broadened,and the advanced national spirit of the Khitan nation can be absorbed and inherited.
