An Analysis Of The Atmosphere Of The Experiential Bookstore

Under the rapid development of the Internet era today,the operation of traditional physical bookstores has been affected by online bookstores and electronic reading,and people's reading methods have undergone tremendous changes.As an important carrier of culture,the physical bookstore is one of the components of urban civilization construction.The traditional business model has been unable to adapt to the development of society,especially the cultural and spiritual needs of people's physical bookstore space.Faced with such a living situation,bookstores are gradually moving from a single function to a diversified development path.Based on the integration of various formats and physical bookstores,research and analyze the design of the space experience and atmosphere of the bookstore,provide readers with reading and communication space,and create a humanized,experiential and innovative cultural place.This paper studies the current situation of the physical bookstores in Xuchang City,investigates the current situation of traditional bookstores and experiential bookstores,and analyzes the design methods of bookstore space.Taking Xuchang's bookstore as a practical case,explore the way the atmosphere of the experience bookstore is created,and provide ideas for the space design of the bookstore.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the current physical bookstore status and space design in Xuchang City,and concludes that the experience atmosphere creates practical and innovative meaning for the physical bookstore,which not only promotes the development of the physical bookstore,but also enables the reader to get a good cultural experience in the bookstore space.This established an experiential space atmosphere as the design direction of the bookstore.The second is to analyze the background of the bookstore,and combine it with the reality to experience the theme of the bookstore.Return to the essence,pursue simple and natural style in space design,and rationally plan the layout of bookstore space and traffic flow.Finally,this paper takes the design practice process of Haoshang Bookstore as the focus of the discussion.From the perspective of reader experience,it designs in each functional space,and analyzes in detail the construction of the material,color configuration,furnishings and lighting design by Haoshang Bookstore.The experiential atmosphere provides a comfortable reading environment for readers of different ages,which better reflects the charm of the bookstore.
