With the rapid development of digital technology,the rapid spread of mobile networks,clients and the updating of technology have made the medium for information dissemination once again refreshed in the history of mankind.The era of new media using digital media as a medium is changing in a unique way.With the unprecedented changes in the pressure,pace and quality of life,people's pursuit of cultural design and yearning for the spiritual world are becoming more and more intense.Books,as an important spiritual and cultural product of human beings,once made the bookstore an important place for spreading ideas and popularizing knowledge,and also became the cultural brand image of a city.In the face of the severe impact of digital media and online e-commerce,the traditional physical bookstores based on simple book sales can no longer meet people's space requirements for the artistic atmosphere,experiential consumption,urban culture and the connotation of the city.Correspondingly,people have put forward higher requirements on the sense of experience in public space and the taste of participating cultural space,forcing many physical bookstores to change their operating methods,management strategies and business concepts in order to change the current unfavorable situation.Such as creating the art space environment of the present urban people's demand in the environmental design,the regional cultural characteristics of the bookstore are fully exploited in the design,combined the cultural and creative industry,creating the experiential space,giving a sense of closeness from the inside out;In terms of functions,the main means are to provide the city's cultural exchange space,literati gathering space and urban reading space are used as the main means to make bookstores become a part of the city's cultural landmarks,and inherits the excellent traditional culture in the city,allowing the paper book and electronic book to coexist,the paper reading space and the characteristic electronic reading space to coexist,in order to meet the environment design requirements of physical bookstore in the new media era.From this we can see that it is significant to explore the environment design in physical bookstores in the era of new media.This research takes the new media era as the background,has made the systematic exploration of the transformational impact of physical bookstores in the era of new media,and it has explained the important significance of the environment design in the present physical bookstore.The aim of this paper is to carry out a three-dimensional analysis of the environmental design features of Taiwan's Eslite Bookstore,which has developed under the new media era.From the environmental design methods,environmental design concepts,space design features and other aspects of Eslite Bookstore,the environmental design scheme of the entity bookstore under the new media era with the characteristics and feasibility of Qingdao is summarized.This design project is located in the southern district of Qingdao City,Shandong Province,covering an area of 10123.3 square meters,of which the building covers an area of 1469.12 square meters.The total area of three stories building is 3168.9 square meters,a total building height of 12.2 meters and the architectural density of about 15.61.The design fully exploits the regional cultural characteristics of Qingdao.Through the analysis of the distinctive architecture of Qingdao,the unique architectural culture charm of the city is extracted and applied to the design scheme to design a physical bookstore that meets the needs of the people under the new media era.The project design covers the site design,architectural design,interior design and landscape design,breaking the simple presentation of the indoor design scheme form,and the final design plan is to show the effect picture of the main performance.
