China's construction industry is developing rapidly,and the quality management mode of the construction industry is also constantly improving.However,there are endless quality and safety problems,which make people realize that there are still shortcomings in the current quality management mode.The emergence of BIM technology provides a new way of thinking for the management mode of the construction industry.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of BIM technology and construction quality control,and analyses the existing problems of construction quality control.which is the information dispersion and control is not comprehensive;the degree of visualization is lowthe bottom is not clear,the degree of coordination of the participants is low,communication is difficult;The quality influencing factors are more difficult to control and so on.Then,the application advantages of BIM technology in quality control are analyzed in detail,and the application process of quality control based on BIM technology is proposed.(1)Establishing organization and management framework based on BIM;(2)Establishing accurate three-dimensional model of BIM;(3)Quality control in advance of construction: checking drawings and optimizing pipeline layout through BIM model creation process and collision inspection of various specialties;(4)Quality control in construction: applying BIM technology to assist construction process delivery and applying BIM technology in construction site The technology combines the Internet and mobile devices to check,collect,upload and process the quality problems on the construction site,so as to realize the dynamic tracking management of quality problems;(5)After-construction quality control: through the quality data management platform based on BIM,the quality data can be quickly extracted and co-shared,which facilitates the final acceptance,quality analysis and quality maintenance of finished products.Finally,the application advantages of BIM technology in construction quality control are demonstrated through case analysis.Through theoretical analysis and case application,the following conclusions are drawn in this paper: BIM technology is used to verify drawing problems,and drawing problems are checked through the establishment of BIM model and collision inspection among various majors,so as to ensure the accuracy of construction drawings and realize quality control before construction;3d visualization and 4D construction process simulation are used to assist the construction technical disclosure,so as to visualize the process flow,greatly improve the disclosure efficiency and improve the construction quality of the construction staff.BIM technology is used to check,collect,upload and deal with quality problems in constructionsite by combining with Internet and mobile devices,which facilitates communication among project participants,realizes real-time and dynamic tracking of quality problems,improves the efficiency of solving problems,and does not leave any potential quality problems on site.Through the bim-based quality data management platform,the quality related information is stored in the cloud database in real time,which facilitates the later quality data analysis,call and quality maintenance of finished products.
